General fees:

General fee (advice, document preparation, mediation, assistance, court appearance) 248 €/hour (charged per minute for each action, invoices rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes).

Services with a fixed fee:

Preparation of a guardianship authorisation, a prenuptial agreement or a deed of gift 248 €. Fixed fee. Includes an initial consultation (max. 30 min) as well as preparation of documents and advice on how to make them legally binding.

A will (general or mutual) 372 €. Includes an initial consultation (max. 30 min) as well as preparation of documents and advice on how to make them legally binding.

Other expenses:

Travel costs 0,55 €/km (travel time charge 136,40 €/hour)

Daily allowances, meal allowances and possible essential accommodation on per cost basis

Printing or copying 0,50 €/page
